Each year, the Million Dollar Club of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR) and NAIOP Georgia measure and recognize key accomplishments of the metro area’s top-performing commercial Realtors and real estate brokers. This was an extremely successful year for JLL, with several brokers receiving top honors at the 57th Million Dollar Club banquet on March 23.
Our own Brannan Moss, senior managing director, and John Winter, senior vice president, both received the Phoenix Award, which signifies 10 years of membership in the Million Dollar Club. David Demarest, international director of JLL’s Tenant Representation Group, was named the top producer in the office tenant representation category, completing more than $169 million in transactions last year. The minimum volume of real estate transactions required for ACBR’s Million Dollar Club is $4 million.
Additionally, Rob Metcalf, Gregg Metcalf and Shannon Price won the highly sought-after Alvin B. Cates award for their involvement in securing the new Mercedes-Benz USA headquarters in Sandy Springs, just north of Atlanta.
Overall, there were 504 members of the 2016 Million Dollar Club. This year’s record-setting club produced more than $26 billion in commercial real estate transactions. To learn more about the awards, visit www.atlcbr.com/Million-Dollar-Club.
